MSA Gap remover

If you want to glean insights quickly from co-evolution analysis, it is helpful to have a reference sequence for which you will map the results onto. Many available software tools allow this by prompting the user to submit a reference sequecne. In absence of such convenience, I provide the tool below.

This tool will determine the position of gaps in your reference sequence, and eliminate all of these from both the reference sequence and all the other sequences in the MSA provided. Use the webserver/online version for small jobs, and the downloadable jar for larger ones.
