The Disperse software and required data is packaged together and can be downloaded from the Disperse downloads page.
In addition to the required data, you may choose to download the SNP data file. This data is used in the restriction digestion and fragment evaluation steps to avoid introduction of a bias from known single-nucleotide polymorphisms affecting restriction sites or hybridization sites. See SNP data for details. This is a very large file. It may be downloaded from the Disperse ftp site.
