Synchronous message. See Jaim's fix!

iPad: molecule displays, then in a couple of seconds, the browser window
vanishes. This is when javascript is asking JSmol for information about
the molecule.

FIXED in 14.0.4: bilagram.pdb, consurf....pdb appear not to be
gunzipped automatically, but 1k28.mmol.gz is.

2m46 (NMR 20 models) hangs both Safari and FF (fine in Jmol).
(Why aren't the missing residues listed even in Jmol?)
2bbn (21 models) loads OK but then when you click the spin button, it stalls,
beachball for minutes, CPU pegged (Safari).


FIREFOX Anomalies in JSmol:

Clicking "All Citations" after "CD" (a ligand) fails to display
on first click, but works on second click.

Slab help disappears (blanks) a few sec after it is scrolled!
But scrolling again makes it reappear (for a few sec).
Selecting it also makes portions reappear.

Also Find dialog (slot alone may disappear).
Scrolling to bottom makes entire help disappear.

7ahl (2,000 AA): checking ID for missing sidechains gives a long
beach ball. But after it recovers (a minute or more) the checkboxes work.

1. fgij = 1.951 WORKS from local files in Safari.

Get JSmol (& Jmol_s hopefully) working in FGiJ 1.951 (->1.98?) with only
these changes (from fgij-hy):
 - control3.js reinstate OCA (& moltab.js)
 - config.js improved RCSB URL for signed applet (won't be used hopefully)
 - adoption.htm updated
 - help.js
    Center Visible "Chains" -> "Moieties"
		Show putative: added "protein-protein"
    Hanson credited for tabs in ack
 - notes.htm protein calculator -> sourceforge
 - scripts.js charge bug fix only
 - txt00.js ("Use Java")
 - help2.js: OCA reinstated; improved structure of code; some hy defs harmless.
 - moltab.js standard residue count bug
 - index.htm for java checkbox,
!!		and modify to add &JAVA (instead of fgj/fgjs)
!!		to fg.htm and gallery.htm. DONE, DONE
!!    and modify gallery.js to use JAVA. DONE

In fgij-hy, need to replace fg.htm/ftj.htm/fgjs.htm with fg.htm ?JAVA.
Also update index.htm and gallery.js to those from fgij.
