missingCount is per AU
bmMissingCount is per BU or == missingCount when bmNumber == 0.

empty baskets are controlled by markBrokenEnds
and are erased or generated in scriptToJmol() [top.js]
	which calls
		makeMarkBrokenEndsSpt() defined in moltab.js
	and is called by doMolViewSpt() [scripts.js].

showMissingReport() in moltab.js generates the help panel.

getMissingCount() is in moltab.js.

For FGiJ 2.1, I limited the parsing of REMARK 465 lines to those
with no model number specified, or model 1 specified.
This avoided e.g. counting 50 missing x 16 models = 800 missing in 2q3o.
