load 1sva.pdb FILTER "biomolecule 1"
generates the entire virus capsid, and causes java to run out of memory
(see memory.txt for detection).

load 1sva.pdb FILTER "*.ca, biomolecule 1"
works in default memory. Note you can also

draw sphere diameter 400 {0 0 0}
