Started changing all bip.weizmann links to oca.weizmann because
sometimes the bip links to S2C don't work.
Note: bioportal without a specific page is to Bioinformatics at Weizmann, and
can be left alone.

Changed:

adoption.htm
bigpdb.htm
index.htm (upload link)
mirrors.htm

Started notes.htm but did not finish.

'bip' was moved to a new server recently, and this might explain the
problems with data. Both 'oca' and 'bip' are (should be) reliable.

For name consistency you may start using oca.weizmann.ac.il
