COLOR KEY
make_cskey() in consurf.js
it makes 2 global keys:
	cskey which lists all the seq-id consurf-processed chains
	cskey_nochains which does not list the chains.

COLORING

toggleConsurfColors() (consurf.js) has alert #7

makeConsurfViewSpt() (scriptc.js) has alerts #13c, 13d

reDisplay() in jcontrol.js does eval(currentView), has alert #44
	currentView can be makeConsurfViewSpt or make_reset_to_mode_spt

When going to the FG control panel, the initial help is
	makeFGFromConsurfHelp() (help_cs.js)
