To prevent trying Java in a browser that does not support Java:

1. enterurl.js noChromeJava() used for checkbox on index.htm

2. Logic in prefs.js togglePreferenceJava()

3. nochromejava.htm is shown when one tries Java from the link in Preferences
	This happens in top.js initialize()
