By developing and implementing IT infrastructure for healthcare professionals across the province, SSHA enables the quick and secure sharing of vital patient information. Our eHealth Solutions Division
Focusing on clients and meeting their needs, we work with Client and Deployment Services, eHealth Programs, eHealth Solutions Services and Standards Management & Business Integration. Our Standards Management and Business Integration department is accountable for designing and implementing data and technology standards for Ontario's health sector. This department works with eHealth initiatives and stakeholders in the areas of standards development, business analysis and business process development.
Your chance to shine
As a Senior Business Analyst, Business Integration in our eHealth Business Integration team, you will:
- Work in collaboration with our technical teams, policy analysts, and the health care community in general as we produce analysis, options, models and scenarios for healthcare technology standards
- Gather client/user requirements and definitions, develop various types of business cases and participate in resource planning
- Document the work of your project teams through the development, implementation and re-design of both business and technological processes and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Your skills make the difference
An experienced Senior Business Analyst, you have earned the respect of your IT, project, and business colleagues alike. You have:
- A university degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, or the equivalent
- Systems, Clinical or General experience in a health care environment
- Five or more years project experience working with clients and/or end-users
- Strong communication, team and presentation skills complimented by a successful track record in building credibility and creating consensus
