The Genetic Data analysis Library (GDL) is a C library providing a large variety of low-level services to perform statistical analyses and data-mining in genetics and genomics.
There are several projects implemented on the top of the library:
GDL-Toolkit: a collection of programs for quantitative genetics
eQTNMiner: a package to carry out high-resolution mapping of expression-QTLs
