How to use the Plate2TaqMan macro:

Instructions
This macro will create the input file for Applied Biosystems' Sequence Detection System (SDS) v.2, 
from 96-well plate files or 384-well plate files.
This can be processed in batch, when you open the folder containing the plates files.
Notice that the macro will process all files contained in the folder. 
Make sure you have only plate files you want to be processed by the macro.
Please make sure that you have checked the input format of the macro. If your files are not in the correct format, the macro will abort.

Once you have scrupulously read the examples and verified that your files are in the proper format,
you are ready to use PlateToTaqMan.
Just go to the Welcome sheet and push buttons in the sequence 1-2.

Notice that after use, when you close this file, it will ask if you want to save modifications.
You should answer No.
