This macro has been designed to take your haplotype data, and generate LD statistics. The formulas and format are the same as those used in PHARE. This is basically my attempt at making my macros more usable by the general public. I can’t keep up with all the methods of haplotype reconstruction, so I figured just put your haplotypes here, and we’ll se what comes out of it!
Platforms tested:
Windows 98, NT4, ME, 2000
Runs in Excel 98 and 2000.
