Dear Venkat,
If you want just the amino acid  sequence of the helix
or a sheet, you may get that from any modelling
program like rasmol wherein you have the option to see
the aminoacid sequence corresponding to the structure.
for nucleotide sequence, you may have to convert from
protein to nucleotide sequence (different online tools
are available).
