Huseyin,
There is a server called PHD predict protein where you
can submit your protein sequence to get the
co-ordinates of the  3D structure of the protein. Yes,
you still may have to select the kind of server you
want to use for threading. There are 4 servers for
threading available. you may select sausage as i felt
it gives better results.
