[BiO BB] ABI 3100 Format

We have a lab that has recently purchased an ABI 3100.

Unfortunately, our ABI file format reader doesn't like the
new format.

Does anyone have any code or links to code that they would
like to share.  

We would appreciate Java, if possible.
