use a Sequence retrievel system like:
http://www.cmbi.kun.nl/srs6/

Start a session, select all nt databases and do quicksearch AC003080.


Gives you the hit:
http://www.cmbi.kun.nl/srs6bin/cgi-bin/wgetz?-id+5YRLe1IsMix+-e+[EMBL:'AC003
080']
