Although I don't know of any Bioinformatics centric PHP resources I can tell
you that I have successfully used PHP for several Bioinformatics projects.
With powerful RegEx and interfaces to popular libraries such as Ming,
DOM-XML, and GD2 I have never found PHP to be too inflexible or inadequate
in Bioinformatics applications.

Subject: [BiO BB] Bioinformatics and PHP

Hello !
Where can I find the resources for PHP programming
with context to Bioinformatics ? If yes , then How
important is PHP in light of Perl and Python ?
Thanks,
V.R.Manoj.
