[BiO BB] Industry standard

[Srivatsan Pallavaram]

Hi all,

I am interested in knowing the industry standard for gene classification (Intron/exon).  I am working on classification using neural networks and am interested in comparing my results with an industry standard.  Help in this regard will be deeply appreciated.
