Hello everyone,

you can have some of my code:
I wrote a PHP system for a news web site. It allows users to submit news
and attach files (Images, PDFs, Docs,etc). It also has a comments
system. It can have different categories and it has a (simple) search
engine. It uses Sybase as backend, but it should be quite easy to modify
it for MySQL or Postgresql. It should also be quite easy to add some
fields (e.g. for Medline references etc).

If you are interested I would be more than happy to contribute to your
project!
