Hi,

I am not sure what exactly you are looking for, i.e. what applications
of statistics in molecular biology intereset you.

A generally good introduction to statistics: Biostatistical Analysis /
Jerrold Zar

For computational biology, there aer several good statistics books,
again that depends on what you want to do. A good book for probabilistic
models is:

Biological Sequence Analysis / Durbin, Eddy, Krogh & Mitchison
Introductory, but gets practical very quick.

Another book which people here like but I haven't had a chance to look at:
Statistical methods in Bioinformatics / W.J. Ewens & G.R. Grant
