[BiO BB] Java BLAST parser

Dear all,

I am wondering whether anyone here has done some comparison between different
Java BLAST parsers, like BioJava (http://www.biojava.org/ ), BatchBLAST
(http://www.hip.harvard.edu/informatics/programs/JAVA%20BLAST%20Parser.html ).

I've used BioPerl during the past, but recently I have to use Java for a
project, so I would appreciate your input on which Java BLAST parsers to use
and how their performances are compared to BioPerl.
