Hello, is there any program that does the same as this web application http://sky.bsd.uchicago.edu/SNPSequer.htm? I mean obtaining SNP flanking sequences of given legth. Because sometimes sequences from NCBI SNP database are too short for some purposes. Thank you all for your help. Rasa
