[BiO BB] R for Bioinformatics

I suspect it is a book about the Bioconductor project, which is reasonably well 
documented at the web site:

bioC is mostly for gene expression analysis at this point, but it is moving into 
other areas in bioinformatics in which statistics can be applied to good effect.

BioC is writ in R so some familiarity with R is required:
