[BiO BB] Pos in Bioinformatics

Hi all,
   I am a graduate student doing my final year in Computer Science. For my final project work I have chosen this field and I'm making a Formal Language for Proteins. However, this is not my question. I want to know what are the possible bioinformatics universities around the world that I could study after the graduation. 
 
I would be glad too, if someone help me
