Yes. I think

ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/DATA/

gives me everything I need for a large set of "gene to PMID" mappings. I 
can get an equivelent set from UNIPROT, making for a very large set.

Now what I am looking for is a PUBMED data set, linking PMID to keywords.
