[BiO BB] how to find gene neighbours

Generally, you can do that by going to the genomic database of choice
for your particular organism. As you have not mentioned which organism
those genes are form, it is rather hard to make a recommendation.
Ensembl, www.fruitfly.org, yeastgenome.org are examples of such
databases for Eukaryotic models.
