[BiO BB] for bioinformatics query solve?

Hi,
I think u can use JAVA-AXIS based client programs based on WebServices /
SOAP protocol provided by EBI to access InterProcan. I am afraid, it is not
based on WebLogic - you may have to switch on Apache Tomcat / Axis - and it
is easy too :)
