[BiO BB] how transition to transversion rate ratio (kappa) related to phylogenetic accuracy?

Hello everyone,

What could be your opinion on the relationship between transition to
transversion rate ratio (kappa) and phylogenetic accuracy?  Does the
accuracy always decrease with increase in kappa? Can you think of a
situation where we could see an increase in accuracy with increase in kappa.
If so, then when and why?
