[BiO BB] EST alignment to genome

[Javier Forment Millet]

Hi,... we need a detailed mapping of every public human EST to the human genome,
i.e. which genome position corresponds to each EST nucleotide. I've checked
Ensembl an UCSC, but I couldn't find the detailed information there.

Any idea?
