[Bio-linux-dev] Upgrade to Bio-Linux 7 (at last)

Hi,

I've tweaked the script based on Tony's reports.  Testers can re-run the
upgrade if they like and the extra couple of packages that NX wants will
be installed.  Note that after the upgrade you now have "runurl" on the
system so you can do this in one step, rather then two, if you like:

sudo runurl http://nebc.nerc.ac.uk/downloads/bl7_only/bl_do_update_to7.sh

Details...

These are both now in the master package list

I've tweaked the script to install both the above packages with
"--no-install-recommends" so that should get NX working for everyone
while not upsetting servers with network-manager and friends.
