You have EMBOSS 2.6.0 and what looks like the EMBASSY package for phylip
3.573c. The proml program is not there, I guess it wasn't
ported to emboss, or wasn't in the 3.573c release.

I know EMBOSS 2.9.0 is already out, and I got proml in the phylip 3.61
package. Isn't tracking package versions fun? The embassy versions of
phylip are best for EMBOSS users, but for bioknoppix, we end up
including both versions, for completeness.

Is there an easy way to get all the biobrew packages in the path?
