[BioBrew Users] How to totally remove pvfs from BioBrew?

If you have pvfs rpms, then you can use them to upgrade/replace rpms in  
BioBrew as documented in the BioBrew 1.0 and 3.0 User's Guide, and in  
the Rocks documentation here:
