[BioBrew Users] Fwd: Do anyone know how to resolve this error?

-np is set to 25, but you only have one node in the machines file 
(compute-0-0). That won't work. Did you put compute-0-0 in the 
machines.list file? And your command line looks incorrect. Where is 
/etc/machin?
