[BioBrew Users] EMBOSS

[Khalil El Mazouari]

Hi Glen,
I am using the BioBrew-1.0. I used /opt/BioBrew/EMBOSS/2.6.0/bin/<any 
emboss application>.
Is it possible to upgrade EMBOSS to 2.8.0. 
(http://www.biolinux.org/emboss.html). I tried to install it using 
cluster-fork rpm -Uvh ... command, but it doesn't work.
