[BioBrew Users] Fasta fix for roll-biobrew-3.1.0-0.i386.iso yet?

Hi: 

Is there a fixed version of roll-biobrew-3.1.0-0.i386.iso available
yet that has the missing fasta rpm?
If not, can you recommend a workaround i.e. manual install of that rpm,
or is the problem more complicated?
