Okay, thanks everyone! I've already bought my laptop (I'm using it to type this email), and I didn't partition it. I'll be downloading bioknoppix soon. I've used the old knoppix before, actually; and one problem I had was that I couldn't save my files on the hard drive, since it ran from the CD drive. Instead I had to save everything on diskettes. Will I still encounter that problem with bioknoppix? Again, thanks. And this will be my last biobrew-unrelated question.
