BioBrew is typically used for high performance and high throughput 
computing, and not high availability webserving, so no one has cranked 
that wheel...yet.

I usually just load up a cluster with BLAST jobs, but I'd be interested 
in seeing what other scripts people use.

Sun Grid Engine is a job scheduler and load manager that is included 
with BioBrew.
