Carlos- The CD is not bootable. It's designed to be installed with the Rocks cluster CDs (www.rocksclusters.org) as a roll. You need to download the appropriate Rocks-4.1 CDs and install them first. The Rocks installation will ask you to insert any rolls you have, at which time you can insert the BioBrew roll.
