[BioBrew Users] RPM files

Glen, I did the cvs checkout of the ROCKS build tools and they didn't
create the SRPMS when I did "make rpm". And yes, the 32bit RPMs for
rpm-libs help tremendously. Now 4.1.2 of BioBrew roll works perfectly.
