[Bioclusters] MPI PHRAP

We have been considering the idea of a parallel phrap and parallel
d2cluster over a cluster using a pipeline, but have not looked into it
yet. I think considering the low cost of clusters and high cost of SMP
machines it would be highly desirable to parallelise code that hasn't been
parallelized yet...
