Hii....All,
I am modelling a protein which is reported to play an
important role in asthma! The problem with the protein is ..though
its a 126 aa seq..it has 5 S-S bonds reported by the literature.No
further reports as to where are they existing and how many are
inter/intra...!
By homology modelling using MOdeller6v2 i could get a s-s build
and 3 more cys are slightly far away to form s-s bridge.(template
from FSSP,as 3DPSSM template failed to get the cys closer
atleast!)

Dear members, suggest in this regard,

Thanks all,
Aparna
