Here, SuSE 7.2 Kernel 2.4.18 ext2 and I download the nt.Z from ncbi=20
successfuly via wget(1).

With older versions in a Debian Linux, I use rsync(1) from my local serve=
r and=20
I don't have any problem, other methods (include wget(1)) doesn't work.
