[Bioclusters] mpiBLAST compile error

Jones:

   These are not libraries, but C header files.  On your system, try

	locate xmlblast.h

and see if you see it anywhere.  If so, add a pointer to this file in 
your Makefile.

	-I/path/to/include/files

along with the other paths that they have there for include directories.
