[Bioclusters] Sequest question

Hi Joe,
any other issues that you might have heard of? I was actually looking for
a sound confirmation that Sequest does indeed run on a linux beowulf
cluster.
Are there any other tools available that substitute for the sequest
functionality (in a cluster environment)?
