[Bioclusters] My mpiformatdb can't format NCBI nt DB

You need to make sure that when you built mpi and mpiBLAST, that you 
included the -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE macros on the 
command option line.
