[Bioclusters] openpbs / pbspro feature question

So far as I'm aware, both the free and the licensed versions of PBS
still lack this functionality.  It's a big differentiator for me.

On the other hand, PBS Pro now works "out of the box" on OS X.  I like
that a lot.
