[Bioclusters] hmmer and pvm

Hi folks-

Has anyone gotten hmmer to actually work with pvm on a single node, let 
alone a cluster? When built with pvm support enabled, neither 2.2g or 
2.3.1 appear to work with pvm as advertised. pvm and hmmer jobs run 
fine in a serial fashion on the cluster, but I get a "incorrect number 
or arguments" error when I submit  a hmmer job to pvm. Any help is 
greatly appreciated.
