[Bioclusters] MPIBlast

Hi people,

i'm installing MPIBlast and i have any problems.

Example:

[ariana@clusterserver mpiBLAST-1.2.1]$ mpiformatdb -f /path/to/mpiblast.conf -N
25 -i nt -o T -p F
Error opening configuration file: /path/to/mpiblast.conf
Try specifying the configuration file location with the --config-file option
Fatal Error:
mpiblast_config.cpp(MpiBlastConfig): Unable to open config file
Error: Unable to open nt
Falha de segmentação


Anybody can help me?
