    I am another person that has never installed MPI blast,
    so I can't help you with your specific problem.

    If you are interested in running your search on the TimeLogic
    DeCypher hardware accelerated BLAST system, please contact me
    in a private e-mail message. 

    Normally, I would send a private e-mail message to you, but I see
    Tristan's message, checked with some other biocluster members,
    and decided to give you this information on the list.
