Ok. This is getting offtopic. Lets take this thread off-list.
Mailman for the bioclusters list is v2.0.8 which is really ancient and 
does not have any of the new bulk moderator and filter tools; I run the 
latest Mailman everywhere else but I'm not an admin on 
bioinformatics.org. The good news is that the fine folks there are 
working on a site upgrade and a new mailman install is on the to-do list.
